DMCA Safe Harbor Statement
Darknet X is an automated search aggregator and web portal that indexes publicly accessible video streaming hyperlinks across the internet. Darknet X does not host, upload, encode, or store media files, video streams, or copyrighted video data on its web servers. All video feeds are delivered directly from independent, third-party content distribution networks.
Pursuant to 17 U.S.C. § 512(c), upon receipt of a valid copyright infringement notice satisfying statutory requirements, Darknet X will expeditiously remove or disable access to the indexed links identified.
1 Notice of Claimed Infringement Requirements
To file a legally binding notice of claimed infringement with Darknet X, you (or your authorized agent) must provide a written communication that includes substantially the following information (pursuant to 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3)):
- A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or if multiple works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity, including the exact URL(s) on Darknet X where the link is displayed.
- Information reasonably sufficient to permit Darknet X to contact you, such as full legal name, company, physical address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

3 Counter-Notification Procedures
If you believe that your indexed content was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a written counter-notification pursuant to 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(2) and (3). The counter-notice must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that was removed or disabled, and the location where it previously appeared.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, telephone number, and consent to relevant court jurisdiction.
4 Repeat Infringer Policy
In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable intellectual property laws, Darknet X maintains a strict policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, user accounts or third-party link providers that are determined to be repeat infringers.
