1 Acceptance of Agreement
This Terms and Conditions agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between you ("User") and Darknet X, operated alongside SHOWBOX ("we", "us", or "our"). By navigating, creating an account, or streaming any media on darknet.com.ng or affiliated subdomains, you affirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full.
If you do not accept these terms, you must immediately terminate use of the platform and close your browser window.
2 Eligibility & User Accounts
You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum legal age in your territory) to access Darknet X. Users under 18 must use the platform only with the consent and oversight of a parent or legal guardian.
- Account Confidentiality: You are solely responsible for maintaining the secrecy of your login credentials, session tokens, and passwords.

While we work diligently to maintain link uptime, high bitrate streams, and subtitle accuracy, Darknet X makes no representations or warranties regarding uninterrupted availability, continuous server responsiveness, or specific video resolutions.
4 Permitted Use & Prohibited Conduct
You agree to use Darknet X exclusively for lawful, personal purposes. You agree NOT to:
- Deploy automated scrapers, spiders, crawl bots, or data harvesting scripts against our APIs or website.
- Attempt to decompile, reverse-engineer, or disassemble frontend JavaScript bundles or backend microservices.
- Circumvent rate limits, IP shields, anti-bot mechanisms, or security filters.
- Use Darknet X to distribute malware, phishing payloads, or initiate denial-of-service attacks.
- Charge subscription fees or commercial tariffs to third parties for access to Darknet X streams.
5 Intellectual Property & Trademarks
The visual interface, logo designs, graphic elements, icons, typography styles, and source code of Darknet X and SHOWBOX are protected by intellectual property laws. Movie titles, posters, and series metadata are the property of their respective studio creators and copyright holders and are displayed under fair use principles for informational and catalog discovery purposes.

6 Limitation of Liability
